I receive the contents of the scanned file via email from my clients. The casemap software incorporates actual documents and makes legal files available to the attorneys at the touch of a button instead of scouring the office for the physical file before a meeting or hearing. Going paperless has become a priority for attorneys at this juncture and alot of this work is already being outsourced to other countries. I have been in the legal field 28 years and can do a much better, quicker and more competent job for attorneys here in the us. Receiving the contents of the file via email allows me to work for not only attorneys locally but nationwide as well.
