Elite media partners (emp) will become that high performance organization best able of making a difference in creating innovative ways and robust technologies for inspiring, motivating and educating patients and their families as they self-manage their new disease. Our areas of focus are diabetes, prenatal, wellness, cardiology and geriatrics. We will partner with 20 health plans (106 million enrollees), 40 corporations and 100 suppliers of products and services; and we will touch 10.0 million patients annually. As a result of the quality and effectiveness of our patient encounters, we will improve the health status of our patients and reduce their costs of care.
