2nd Chance Counseling and Management is certified and licensed by the Cabinet for Family Services, Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Division of Substance Abuse. The facility provides an array of services to persons in need of alcohol and drug counseling as well as court ordered compliance with Kentucky DUI regulations. The facility is staffed by certified Clinical staff, including a Clinical Services Supervisor, Clinicians, and Instructor. 2nd Chance is owned and operated by The Martin & Martin Companies, Inc., a small,for profit Corporation.
