Air-One Services, which owns and embodies the Charter and Air taxi concept, has embarked on a venture to provide many services to facilitate the next generation of air travel. We have several distinct business concepts, which are discussed in this business plan that all fall under the heading of “Air-One Services.” We are a facilitator of the next generation of air travel. Our focus is on making the charter and air taxi business model a success for operators and passengers of next generation air travel and encouraging the lifestyle that it will enable. We believe that we can operate charter and air taxi flights more efficiently and can provide better customer service than many larger companies. Groups of 8 to 20 pilots, mechanics and other aviation professionals can band together to form this operation using two to four Heavy jets such as the Gulfstream III and IV, two to four Medium jets such as the Learjet 60, and two to four Light aircraft such as the Learjet 35A. This company will foster a mutually beneficial relationship for all investors, under the concept name “Air-One Services,” that has the potential to turn aviation professionals into successful future entrepreneurs and Air-One Services into a household name.
