Sherman On has the personal belief that the work place we toil in today is far different from the one our parents and grandparents labored in. It was common place to work for one company for 30-40 years, and upon retirement be promised a pension and health insurance during their entire retirement.

However, Sherman On knows that today´s career paths are not similar to our grandparents. It may be very common for you to change your job/career 7 times throughout your life.
