As a home health care provider we offer comprehensive health care services. We provide quality compassionate care, assistance and support to the elderly, disabled, or vulnerable populations with chronic or acute illnesses, such as Parkinson, cancer and Alzheimer’s. Care is provided to the patients in their private homes, but also in nursing homes, clinics and similar institutions.

We work with physicians, and medical teams, also holistic treatment teams. We assist in medical, nutritional, and personal health care of the client, as well as assisting with daily living activities.

The program provides hourly personal attendants. Services are scheduled at the patients requested days and times, and are tailored to the patient’s specific needs. We make appropriate and necessary referrals for needed social services.

Attendant Care services include: personal care, dressing and grooming, meal planning and preparation, household management, medication reminders, light house work, errands, and companionship.

Some of our more skilled attendants under supervision of a register nurse will provide personal care, help with transfers, walking, and exercise; house hold services that are essential to health care; assistance with medications, and completes appropriate records.
